BMW South Africa
Hail damage repairs

In late October 2012 my car was hit by hail. The insurance told us to take it to BMW, Alberante in Alberton. This was done and the insurance accepted the given quote. The car was originally meant to go in to be fixed on 20th Feb 2013, however 2 days prior to this I was told they couldn't accommodate the car until Feb 27th. I was not impressed, but accepted it. On taking the car in my husband was told it would take between 8 and 10 working days - no problem. Fifteen working days are now up and we still have no clue when the car will be ready. Nomsa is the lady I have been talking to, but now she doesn't even come back to me to let me know when the car will be ready. Our insurance did give us a courtesy car which we are grateful for, but its not the greatest of cars with various faults. We were planning to drive down to Durban for a long weekend, but have had to cancel, as the hired car wont make it that far.

My husband sent an e-mail to the BMW dealer principle last night, but this was apparantly forwarded to the relevant person who has not responded.

What do we have to do to get our car back?
