My car was booked in to repair hail damage. I took my car in on 22 Feb and a month later my car was still not fixed. My car hire expired from my Insurance Co and I was forced to collect my car without being Completed. I then waited about 2 months for them to organise a courtesy car. My car has been in for the last two weeks already and absolutely nothing on the list of things to do is done. In fact they have taken my windscreen out after it was fixed just before I took the car back in and now it is leaking again. On Thursday when I phoned to find out how far is the car they advised that they can't find my car! When I went in the next morning my car was there and "apparrently" in quality control which means to me everything must be done and someone just needs to check the quality of the workmanship. So, I did the quality check for them and in 2 weeks all that was done was the cowl panel and they took out my windscreen and fitted it incorrectly. So, what are they checking in quality control? And how long are they planning on keeping my car and pretend that I believe all their promises that my car is in the process of being fixed. Naki said the repairs should only take 3 days?
