I normally have a pleasant experience when dealing with AVIS but the moment there is a problem then it becomes a headache.
I booked a car at OR Tambo between 4 March'13 and 8 March'13. When I received my invoice is showed that I got billed until Sunday. I queried this with the branch and was told they will get back to me. After three days of absolute silence I contacted the branch only to be told that they will call me.
Today (18th) I finally receive a response, all they did was send me the exact same invoice. So nothing has been done to rectify my query.
I want my invoice corrected and the additional two days must be refunded.
I use AVIS on a monthly basis but not if a simple query like this takes so long to resolve.
