I'm not usually one for complaining but I have been absolutely DISGUSTED by the service at Carello Auto Panel Beaters.
My car was delivered to them in the first week of July and was SUPPOSED to be ready for collection that same week.
I was called yesterday (31/07/2013) regarding my car being ready for collection so I made the 45 minute trip from Krugersdorp to Kyalami,
only to find:
-Car was still dirty outside
-Paint job had been rushed with terrible masking and running paint (front bumper)
-My car battery was completely dead & the car wouldn't unlock (after having purchased a new battery only 6 months ago.)
It was blatantly obvious that my car had been standing for weeks and that the job had been rushed-
To make matters worse the staff at Carello are still beating around the bush as to when my car will be completed and ready for collection- The bumper had now gone to paint for apparently the 3rd time at just after lunch time & Ive been told it will be ready to collect today?!?!
When I brought up the issue of the dead battery I found absolutely no willingness to help/ any attempt to want to replace my battery.
Carello Auto: FAIL!
