My study material from Unisa was sent to them for courier from the 1st Feb 2013 but I have not received it till to date. I've been trying to call them every week but am not getting any joy from the call centre. Either there no answer on they line or when then do take the call, you tell them your story and then they place on hold for more 15 minutes. Kindly assist as this is delaying my studies.
