Still no study material!!!

I still have no study material, skynet is not delivering.
I am writing exams in less than a month and cannot start my studies due to no delivery.
Every time i call, they give me a different number to contact saying, they have the package.
Most of the time the numbers they give me doesn't even work??
This is the worst service I have ever received from a courier company.
