I recently purchased a brand new Honda Jazz from Mekor which I paid cash for. Everything leading up to taking delivery of the vehicle was excellent. When I received the vehicle it was dusty and had scuff marks on the doors. Now there is a rattle in the dashboard. This has cast doubt in my mind on how the car was treated before I took delivery.
Honda SA and Mekor have not really been very good at dealing with this - the one keeps fobbing me off on the other. I was told that to fix the dashboard rattle requires removing the entire (or most of) the dashboard which is completely unacceptable to me.
I am very inhappy with this and have lost faith in Honda and Mekor. I wish I had stayed with my old brand - GM Opel :-(
