I rented a car from Europcar in Durban on 28June2013.
The rental agreement had another person's details against my ID number. Kiran said that he would send a mail to H/O have it fixed. They upgraded my car, but when the invoice arrived, i found out i was charged for the upgrade. I topped up the fueltank at a garage no more than 7km away, but was charged for fuel. My re-fuelling slip was handed in to the lady inspecting the vehicle on dropping off. Also, their inspection team failed to notice or mark off 6 damages to the vehicle, which i could have been liable for, had i not seen it prior. I saw this damage at NIGHT. their staff couldnt spot it in the day!
i find it hard to believe that R180.98 worth of fuel is used to travel 88km. Europcar has left a rotten impression on me!
