New car half petrol tank???

I bought and collected my car on the 20/02/2013 at Reeds company in Cape Town, when i ignited the car the petrol level was at half tank and i asked the sales person why it was half and he told me it's because the car was new. Me being naive and blinded by the excitement of my new car i believed him and left. On the way the petrol level didn't go up. On the 25/02/2013 i emailed David Ekerold (the manager) to complain about the company giving me a new car on half tank but he din't respond, the salesperson Kenneth Leacwe responded and said he'd fill my tank up. I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks and keep emailing them almost everyday but they choose to ignore me. On the 04/03/2013 i emailed Kenneth, the saleperson to remind him that he said he'd fill my car up with petrol and he too ignored my email. I'm so tired of people taking others for granted, i've never heard of a company selling a car ang handing it over to the customer at half tank. I'm very mad because i trusted them with my money but they were only too happy to get my money but their services just ..
