POOR SERVICE (TAKING LONG TO REPAIR VEHICLE)

My car was affected by hail storm and was taken in for repairs on 21 January 2013 at Silver Auto Body Pretoria. I have been trying to contact the panel beater however the phone just rings without an answer.

For 3 weeks i have been getting a message that the car is at paint depart but i haven't gotten my car. Its now 2 months without a car. I am seriously disappointed in the service and it also goes to show that my Insurance also does not car as they would be following up on the status of the repairs.

Extremely disappointed in both Unity and Silver Auto Body. How do you expect a person to cope without a car for 2 months.
