I Own a Jeep patriot 2011 model. The vehicle currently has 21000km and has already had the clutch replaced 3 times. First incident happened at 5000km I got stuck again yesterday and guess what? same fault. Car not taking any gears and clutch will probable have to be replaced again. It saddens me that I still owe /- R260000 on the vehicle and no one at Chrysler SA is willing to help. I have made numerous calls and the car has been to 2 different dealerships for the same fault. The staff attitudes are also terrible because they merely pass the buck and are not interested in helping. I wonder if they also had to pay for a vehicle that is more in for repairs than on the road, how would they feel? The car also brakes down at the worst times. try 6H00 last night and I must then wait for the tow truck, what if if breaks down on the fway at 120km? I wish i could walk away from Jeep as I totally do not enjoy the car and the way it rides.
