My wife recently purchased a second-hand vehicle from Nissan Sinoville. Upon inspecting the vehicle, several problems were noted but we were assured that they would be sorted before the purchase. Upon delivery, none of the issues were looked at and several new problems were discovered which were never disclosed. After 3 weeks, the temporary license plate expired but the rep advised us to alter the expiry date on the disc. It has now been 9 weeks and we have not received a license plate, nor have any of the problems been sorted and we have discovered that the payment arrangement had also never been completed. All this coupled with poor service, incorrect documentation, lending out a client's vehicle as courtesy car, missing jack and spare tyre and all the fines for not having a valid license plate, have resulted in overall pathetic service.
