I sent my car for repairs on the 11th of February to Danmar Auto as per the agreement with Iwyze, I was told that it would take a maximum of 15 working days and when the time came for me to collect the car, I was told by Shirley (from Danmar Auto Orphiton) that the car is not ready as they were waiting for my insurance to approve my roof. She promised to contact me for an update a week later and instead she sent me endless smses. Shirley told me that my car would be ready by the 12/04/2013 and on the 11th she called to tell me that they are not "happy with the roof" and this is the rest of the email " we were experiencing a problem with the roof every time we polish it, it becomes wavy we contacted the insurance for a new roof they approved it. The roof has been ordered we are waiting for it. I SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO DUMISANI AND HE IS STILL NOT RESPONDING YET MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED EVERY MONTH FOR THE INSURANCE.
