My car broke down on 1 March 2013. At that stage the car had 4200 kilometres on the clock and was not even 2 months old. I was informed that the camrod broke (which is highly unlikely for a new car) and that the engine of the car had to be replaced.
On several occasions I requested written feedback from the Rosebank branch where the car is now repaired, but apart from oral feedback received nothing in writing. I was told that an engine will be imported from Germany, but this is basically what I know. It is a huge concern as I was told that it is very unlikely for something like this to happen.
I am confused why no one is able to send a mail and confirm what has happened and what will be done to fix the problem.
