I bought my ford fiesta in april 2009. so i booked my service for it to go in today 12-03-2013. not knowing that if its gone over the 60 000km mark i will have to pay for the service... which is good and well but i told the lady at the service dept to give me a call before they go ahead with the service. so i get a sms around 10am stating that the technician has started on my car... i immediately phone them to tell them i want a quote before they start servicing my car, the lady then tells me that he is just checking what needs to be done and then he will get back to her with what needs to be done and then she will let me know before they start. I get another call at 2pm telling me my car is done! no one called to tell me how much it will cost or anything they just went ahead and did my car! then im told i must pay R940. so i phone the manager to let him know they are unproffesional and i asked them twice to please phone me. so the manager tells me either i pay the amount and the service gets logged on the ford system or i dont pay and its not going to be logged so in other words i wont have a full service history from a ford dealer. i was very upset! so i paid the amount.and he sai
