My wife drives a Ford Fiesta Tdci 1.6 (2009). During March 2013, while driving the car lost power and a enjin warning light came on. Since this happened, till today. car has been with 5 Ford dealers to try and fix this (Kimberley, Hartswater, Vryburg, Delareyville, Lichtenburg Ford). We finally logged a complaint at the Ford customer service dept on 20/4/13. They arranged for the car to be at Ford Hartswater on 10/5/13. The car is still there till today!! Yesterday customer service phoned me to inform me the car still have the same problem??
I do not know what to do anymore!!! The car have a full service history and are still under warranty!!
