Ford cannot fix a Ford Problem

I have a Ford Fiesta 2007 1.6 TDCI. I took it to Basil Green Ford Edenvale/Greenstone on the 17th of December 2013. Today is the 30th of December 2013. First explanation is that the Ford Technician's system does not correspond with my Ford System. How can Ford Not detect and error on a Ford?
12 Calendar days have passed. This is 4 working days. Bad Communication from Service department. Service Head Buks Koekemoer does not return a call in 2 and half hours. I have no transportation, and have to use a taxi to get to work. Do they just assume that everybody is on holiday the latter part of December?
On 18 December the Ford Technician phones me for a diagnostic check-up. After that, I have to phone and follow up; The System Censors had to be checked, taking up 2 working days, and still no news and no explanations. If I have taken my Ford only to Ford Service centres before. So why o why do I not get proper service??
It's rather absurd that it takes 12 days to fix a car with only the engine light coming on??
Ford has great cars, it's just upsetting, and that over December, service is seems very useless, and perhaps the skeleton staff can't get the job done, let alone communicate to i
