It's amazing when one goes into a showroom and salesmen are very eager to assist until the deal is signed approved then they vanish from your life and when there's problem they absolve themselves.
As a first time buyer, my salesman told me I should take the car in for the 60000kms service and when the time came I called him and he confirmed that I can take it to any outlet of which I did and, they now refusing to do the service if I'm not paying for it while I believe I have a motor-plan.
The service consultant was extremely rude when I was telling him what was relayed to me and had no empathy for a first time buyer and I don't want to bring race into the matter but I feel he rude and abrupt because of my color. The service book shows that the car is due for a service because nobody had it signed the very 60 000km page if it was done and, when I revert back to my salesman he just absolves himself and now I am not certain whether the car was serviced or not since there is no proof coming forth. The car is making sounds that I thought with the service would be pick up and they can be fixed. We always complain about goverment officials not giving service yet we are subjected to same.
