I have never been treated like this in my whole life taken back and forth like yoyo for my package! honestly DHL your by far the worst ever when it comes to customer service and handling queries! My package was here in SA on the 29th Aug 2013 and i was told that i needed to pay duties which i payed and told that i will receive my package on Monday (02 SEP 2013) and there was no delivery instead i was told to provide a proof of purchase which i did and i even sent a motivational letter to Nandi and Frank to submit it as well but still nothing and no one even bothered to contact me to let me know about the progress of my package! and if YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME YOU CAN CHECK FOR YOURSELF 7755200563 its still says "CLEARANCE EVENT" and no updates NOTHING! its PATHETIC!!! so since you don't want to assist me rather take the package back and refund me back my money that i payed for duties and i will deal with another company that is willing to help me!!! SIMPLE
