On the 4th of October 2013 we deposited R20550.00 into IPOP JHB South's bank account to purchase a vehicle. We have since received no paperwork, NO VEHICLE, and NO REFUND. On enquiring, on numerous occasions, as to when we can expect our money back, the response has been that one of the employees instructed that our money get offset against another client's account. It is clear that the owner MEYER BENJAMIN, is making up stories, and delaying the refund so as to earn interest on our money.
We keep getting told that the file is with his "loss assessor". Firstly there is no paperwork, so how can there be a file? And secondly, he has both the vehicle and our money - WHAT LOSS??
If this is not resolved within 48 hours, by means of a refund that includes interest, we will take this further. This is!!
