2nd Time Suzuki owner simply because Suzuki Windhoek gave me the best service I ever had. Thanks guys, Current vehicle is a 2011 Kizashi (First Kizashi owner in Namibia) Damaged two tyres. Nothing in the trade available - import only. Dealer quote in excess of R11 000.00 for two tyres. Discounted it later to R9400.00 for two. Lodge complaint on May 10, 2012 at Suzuki Customer Care. 3rd request answered and promises never met. Cannot use other tyres than OEM due to warranty and insurance requirements. Wrote letter to Car magazine. Parts manager phoned - said nothing that made sense and told me they made a loss at that price. Somebody else will phone me - of course nothing happened. Yokohama now stock the tyres - give me 4 tyres plus change for what I paid for two. I want an official apology from Suzuki, a reason why I should ever consider supporting them again and a refund on this daylight.
