March'13 I traded in my i20 '09 for a 2012 Geely MK Ltd Edition.this geely had 900kms on it & bcoz i owed no monies on my i20 this wud b a clean cut trade-in. I had a sales person who didn't meet up to his commitment of attending to faults especially the radio. The radio was an upmarket radio installed by the previous owner.all good & well but Donnie the sales guy knew it was faulty & promised to have it fixed. There were also a few odd fixes he promised to hav dun.this being: chips, the boot which closes hard & with noise, the cubby hole, the wobbly doors.these doors also wud not close properly you had to reclose atleast 3x be4 they did.after me taking my car in, it wud stand there &50% of the things wud b fixed & then I had to take it back again.this happened many times, half way thru these Donnie just resigned. Nobody knew what to do for me so my car did not get looked at. To a point when I broke thru to some1 with a bit of authority (he too never even knew about my problems) it is like Geely doesn't know what the other hand is doing. At the end of the day& by this I speak of 28July'13 did I eventually get my car back.what a horrific surprise to find old perished dash trimmings & not Ltd edi
