On arrival, I was very pleased at the cleanliness and condition of the area where vehicles are parked. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by the gentleman that did the assessment of my vehicle. Within hours, I received a quotation which I submitted to my insurance broker and even though it was slightly more expensive than another repair centre - I motivated and insisted that the vehicle be repaired at ROSS CHAMPION. The next day, I received a follow up call from your offices regarding the quotation. Another surprise and unusual customer service offering. When I dropped of my car, at the reception office and the rest of the admin was dealt with by an exceptional friendly and professional lady. On a daily basis, I received calls from your Customer Service department - keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs. During collection, both the lady at reception (apologies that I didn't get her name) and Unisha went beyond the call of duty to assist me in receiving my car. And then - the personal touch of the car being covered (as if it was a patient in a hospital) and the cleanliness and great work that was done on my vehicle. Thank you CHAMPION!
