I've had my Kia Cerato Koup (automatic) for 14 months now, brand new out the box...
Only 20, 000km on the vehicle and now have problems with selecting reverse...
Took my vehicle into Kia Boksburg on the 4th March 2013 - they phoned to say nothing is wrong.
Collected the vehicle that same afternoon only to have the exact same problem. Took the vehicle back on the 5th March 2013 and have had only bad service from KIA since then.
First they could not replicate the problem, they finally found the problem but they are unable to fix the vehicle and have now been waiting for assistance from KIA head office.
My problem - I have been sitting without a vehicle for 8 days now... They do not return our calls even after phoning 3 - 4 times a day nor do they have loan vehicles.
Absolutely shocking service from KIA
