POOR AFTER SALES

I have bought a second hand Kia Serento 2007 model in Cape town Parow had good service when I was there I have told them that I'm relocating to jhb. now that I'm in jhb and I have my new vehicle for 2 weeks I'm having issues with it not having compression they referred me to kia north cliff last week Tuesday to date I'm still carless and left stranded and to use public transport yes I have a motor warranty but I can only claim after 30 days of the policy I have been speaking to the salesman who advised that his hand are tired and that he can't do anything for me and I must keep in informed with my progress not one courtesy call what so ever I have now been in contact with Shaun dealer principle but still not satisfied as they can't put me into a car to drive around I'm carless since Tuesday and jhb weather really is this customer service HELP PLS!!!
