With regards to my previous complaint i was contacted by the above person wtih regards to my complaint on the 23 February 2013 stsaing that he will submit a report to management andget back to me. to date nothing has happend. i have tried calling on three occasions after that and the call kept getting cut off. i have sent him an email with regards to this and still did not get a feedback.
