Volvo SA does not have the best reputation for customer service in SA, but I love the car and took a risk through a McCarthy dealership that does have a good reputation. I recently found out that the McCarthy dealership had closed down and the Auto Baltic had opened a Volvo dealership in Midrand. I was very skeptical with using the new franchise branch, however my expectations were met and Auto Baltic went the extra mile to ensure my peace of mind.
