I am expecting a delivery from [URL Removed] and they sent me their normal delivery notification. I linked through to the courier company website to check on the progress of my delivery and the code I'd been given actually worked. I saw that my parcel had been dispatched to me this morning. I called the call center to check on an ETA and the pleasant call center person was able to assist me by phoning the driver and finding out where he was. I am looiking forward to receiving my books before 10.30am this morning. Well done to BERCO for an efficient and effective system.
