Poor service

I took my car for repairs after some thugs broke a window and did some damage to the body work. They kept on updating me saying its almost completed and that I would get it by the 25th of February. I called them so I could collect my car on the said date but I was told to wait another 15 days. I asked for the manager and he assured me that I would get it in 2-3 days maximum. A month and 10 days later, I a m still waiting for my car, apparently they only ordered parts on the 25th of February. What kind of service is this??? I wish I had stayed with AUDI they were much more efficient!
