Good service gone bad!

I had to take my Tuscon back twice after a 90 000 km service, new belts making a noise, by the 3rd try it was corrected but on later inspection my jackspanner, wheelspanner and tri angles was taken. Since then i have heard of a lady friend that her spare tyre disappeared after a service, 3 other ladies all with the i10 version have had verious complaints ranging from rust, body damage on cars not consistant with the fact that the car has only done 19 000 km, as well as a stearing rack replaced on the same car etc.
The worrying factor is that the attitude at Milnerton is not one of being helpfull but rather trying to find the fault with the customer and treating people complaining like children and! When having a car back for a 3rd time no replacement vehicles are available, no offer of replacing lost equipment.
I think that there must be a serious security and attitude problem at Hyundai Milnerton, so many unhappy customers cannot all be wrong!!
