Dont answer there phones

You have to phone berco 1hour and 30 minutes before collection, they simply dont answer there phones, and if you get finally through to them, they cant give a explanation why they dont answer their phones.

We dont have security at the building to wait for Berco to do their job, this is not the first time that it happens, what happend to the service of berco, it is so frustrating.
