Settlement not settled, car was NOT serviced!

I bought a Nissan Navara from Umhlanga branch, traded in a Kia Optima. Almost 2 months later my Kia Optima has still not been settled, Wesbank are wanting to come and collect the car because of this, and my credit record has been adversely affected. No response or sense of urgency from the branch / Alvin.

Then I was told the vehicle would be serviced, this was never done. This is also advertised at the branch (pre-delivery service!) I took it to Nissan and they advised brakes and clutch needs to be done - THIS SHOULD OF BEEN PICKED UP AND SORTED OUT BY THE PRE-DELIVERY SERVICE!

I would like feedback by COB today otherwise I will be making a complaint in line with the Consumer Protection act for goods sold without disclosing the state of such goods (clutch/brakes) and also because the vehicle was not serviced as advertised / promised.

To date I have spent almost R5000 servicing the car and now still need to get the clutch and brakes done, Imperial will now be held liable for this.
