I bought a car from Imperial Select in Stellenbosch in June. I discoffert in Desember they used the wrong oil to service the vehicle. I also found out the sub wich is a std item of car is missing. Francois Le grange who sold me the vehicle no longer work their. I spoke, email and sms JC Campher branch manager a few times regarding this. The only answer I keep on getting is he is looking into the matter. I have to call, email and SMS JC to get a response. This have been dragging now for a month and I want answers. Because of the wrong oil my car used more fuel, oxygen sensor so far packed up and I do not know what will go next.
