Bad Attitude Bad Service

Took My car in to be serviced, when i got there I had to fill in a form so I asked them to check my air and my brakes. I took it in the day before so they could work the whole day the next day 22/05/2013. They did phone to say how much the it would cost for the air so I said go ahead. When I got there to collect my car I asked if they did a service they said yes and my book was stamped. Stupid me never looked at the invoice to see what was done. My car was never serviced. When I spoke to Angelo he said he was not informed to do a service so I asked why the book was stamped for a service he said they do that in the morning tamp the car book before it is done weird that... Now today they phoned me to ask when I am bringing the car in for the brakes why the brakes??? This made me cross. Why are they phoning me? Why the brakes? Guilty? You cant samp a book if the car is not serviced.
