POOR SERVICE MAHINDRA SA

I bought a new 2012 Ssang Yong Stavic from Multifranchise
Manindra SA is now the distributors of Ssang Yong
With 60 000 km, under service plan and warrentee the gearbox on my vehicle broke down.
I was told due to a lack of parts it will take up to 5 weeks to repair.
I was told that no substitute vehicle is available.
I try to explain toYolande at Customer Services Mahindra SA my problem seeing that this is a bussiness vehicle and is used weekly to earn an income.
She did not return my calls, just ignoring me.
I phoned Mahindra SA for yet another time and asked to speak to Yolande's supperior.
This man, instead of listening to my problem, ATTACKED me verbally telling me that they now sit with the problem of Multifranchise selling vehicles at rediccilous prices and that I should have done my homework before buying such a vehicle
Mahindra SA best means of defence is attack.
I lose the current installment of R6000 p/m and the hiring of a car for R1750 weekly
Mahindra just don't care, still no replacement vehicle to assist me, today still they tell me another 5 weeks before spares will be received, 8 weeks now
I WILL ONLY BUY TRUSTED CARS MADE IN SA FROM NOW ON, LIKE VW ECT.
