I bought a Scorpio double cab 4x4 with the LA Sport Adventure conversion from Mahindra Vaal in September 2013 and, upon delivery, was told by the sales person that the mags fitted to the vehicle is fitted at the factory and that the advertised mags that should have been installed by LA Sport as part of the Adventure conversion, is no longer part and parcel to the Adventure package. After numerous emails and calls to Mahindra Vaal as well as Mahindra SA, the situation has still not been resolved as both the dealership and Mahindra SA claims that the factory fitted mags are now how the vehicle is supplied even though I've paid to have them replaced. To my surprise I saw a brand new Scorpio double cab 4x4 this morning driving around with the replacement mags. I stopped the owner of the vehicle and was told that he took delivery of his vehicle 10 days ago from Mahindra Heidelberg and that the mags were supplied with the vehicle as it formed part of the Adventure conversion. What now Mahindra? Where is the mags that I've paid for? What are you going to tell this time to try and justify from me?
