I have a 2011 Renault Stepway that i bought brand new. Since purchasing this vehicle there has been a constant wind noise on both front doors. It has been back four times and the problems are still not resolved. This has been escalated to the highest levels in Renault SA and still nothing gets done. They promise you that they will get the "technical" team involved but nothing ever materialises. On Wednesday 27 Feb I was told that the problem will be attended to - it is now 5 March and i have heard nothing. I am disgusted with their terrible prduct and their pathetic service. A new car is supposed to be a joy to drive - not a never ending nightmare!
