Earlier the week I experienced problems with my car, which was bought in December 2012, the car just would not start, this is 3 months later... the car had to be parked at the garage unattended for the evening and i had to arrange for the car to be towed to the Volkswagen Centre in Kuils River. This is Tuesday evening. Using my car on a daily basis for work purposes and to get my kids to and from school, my car has still not been worked on, 3 days later. I have to contact them continuously to find out how far they are with my car, being desperate to get to work and my kids to and from school.
No courtesy car was offered, no have they once contacted me to confirm when the car will be ready for collection. I had to postpone my road trip with my family and also for 3 days I had to scout around for lifts for myself and my family.
I am beyond furious and cannot re-itterate how disgustiing the service is of such a reputable brand.
