Worst service ever!!

On Thursday I spent an hour trying to get hold of someone at the Menlyn branch and no one would answer their phones. I needed to get repairs done on my girlfriends car. I finally got through to someone in the afternoon to get the car booked in on Friday. There is a problem with the right front wheel. I booked the car in at 8 am on Friday and they told me that they would let me know what's wrong with the car.

The day passed and I got a no call and the car was sitting there at their workshop the entire weekend and I have no clue to what's wrong with it or when I will get it back! Very unprofessional! I'm trying to get hold of someone again this morning and they just don't answer the phone at all!
It's disgusting that they just let their phones ring and they don't contact their clients when they say they will. I get better service from a backyard mechanic and I'm certain they are going to charge a massive amount for this service!

I now have to rent a car for my girlfriend because she needs to work and I don't know what's happening!
