I have been purchasing cars since 2011, and knew of the negative experiences that could be had with the car purchasing process. To my surprise and astonishment, your sales person Carika made this experience quite pleasurable. Along with other members of your sales staff that took the extra time to make our wait comfortable and even offering us beverages.
