Ok so after months, I get the iPod.
Its second hand and has been used.
I get a call from the head of the marketing retail stores side or some title to that affect.
He arranged a new iPod, arranged a day (the following Monday, that was the ThursdayFriday)
The 3 weeks go by with nothing.
I had asked that if they are going to replace it anyways with a new one that if possible they could tell me if i could also pay in the difference to upgrade it to a bigger size or different model. No response (the initial response was he would email me and i could put it in writing). No big deal just thought i would add it in to illustrate that My opinion of this whole palava went from a Yay I won, awww its been 3 months and no prize or communication. Back to yay I got it, awww its been used. Then to yay someone who cares, to awww seems like another resounding NOT
Again I am super happy that I won. But this is a terrible reflection on a great company. The owner of the Bromhof branch has got to be one of the nicest people around, but his ranch now looks bad because of this and other people.
