I had my vehicle repaired over a 3 month long wait
Here are some of the issues experienced:
o On collection of the car: The aerial was damaged and not installed - it looked as if rats had eaten on it
o There was polish and swirl marks all over the car.
o Accelerator cable was loose! Was not fastened to the throttle body
o Air pipe was hanging out, not connected nor gassed. - Fixed after complaining and coming back twice
o The front bumper was not aligned properly, causing the bonnet to chip/scrap each time
o Behind the bumper was rust starting to form where welding was done due to NO primer being applied
o The firewall had deep scratches.
o The left fender was not put on properly and there was paint chipped to due poor fitment
o The technician had drilled his own holes to clip the front bumper on the cradle
o The hooter was not working
o The windscreen washer was not working
o Water temperature sensor was malfunctioning
o Alarm was faulty, continued to go off at random times
AFTER A FEW WEEKS THE CAR BURNT! They refuse any responsibility!
What happens with the 2 Year warranty you issued me?!?
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PANEL SHOP.
I ALMOST DIED!
