MOST HORRIFIC/DISGUSTING SERVICE EVER!!!

I am a dissatisfied/disgusted loyal employee from Auto&General whom wishes to be contacted by the CEO of Automagic, Mr. Hein Scheffer. I handed in my car for repairs on the 19/08/2013 at Automagic Centre N1 City, whereby Marlon assisted me. At this stage I already had my doubts as to the service I would receive as I have requested a private quote from Marlon 3 months ago (and still waiting). On that day my worst nightmare started..I have received strange reasons as to why the repairs were taking so long. The first being they are awaiting parts (bumper) and upon questioning them why don't they pre-order the parts I was cut off and informed "we don't do business that way"Secondly the part in question was actually my petrol cap??? When viewing my car on the 13/09/2013 my wheel was flat, backboard clips broken, paint on my seats, paint on my car, dirty and my wording Focus were missing. I was made out as by Gert and the reason for the above is that I demanded my car back-even if did (which I didn't't), is this the kind of service I would receive? Also Gert stated the marks on my seat would be removed by a wet cloth?? WOW! I want a full valet, wheel replaced, courtesy car, above fixed!!!
