Hi Mr. Banda

Please provide me with the official response from BMW SA. So I can have on record for my legal and ownership purposes. Andin your response please confirm the Engine will not be re-used or re-sold by BMW SA and will be destroyed as this is a registrable asset.

I am virtually being extorted and is Business Blackmail to acceded BMW's dictatorship still. David and Goliath.

Between the Consumer Council, Motor Industry Ombudsman they will make a decision once I submit all my documentation.

My insurer has fulfilled their obligations, but it does appear BMW SA is good at customer exploitation.

I will be discussing with My Insurer in terms of legality of your forced rules which change daily.

Be sure this issue will be going to the relevant Consumer Protection Councils and Ombudsmen as a matter of principal. Please provide the name of your Director and Contacts as repeatedly requested.

I have yet to thank
