The Motor Industry Ombudsman is an institution which interacts and provides for alternative dispute resolution between the dealer and consumers. Therefore assisting and advising on any deals made between you and a dealer.
I have submitted a complaint the 22nd Febuary (to email address: [Email Removed] as per their website) and thus far i have had no response or any feedback from them.
All I need to know is my rights as a buyer and how do I proceed from here...
