Lack of service from drive car/ satinsky
I had serious issues just to get the car, getting the contract signed, I had to follow-up and make sure they are busy with they're processes.
Eventually I got my pn200 bakkie at the end of November. This is the arrangement where a car drives with an advertisement at the back to get a car at a discounted price. They told me I would receive my first payment on the first of January 2013 when I update my details and take 5 photos' of bakkie all around. I posted the photos on their website that indicated a reference, because one needs to take a photo and register between 1st and 7th of each month.
I tried to phone them from the 23rd of des to the 10th of January, to check if everything checks out on the website, but no service, I have all their numbers even the managers higher up. I didn't receive my payment on the 1st of Jan and now I'm doomed not to see another payment on the 1st of Feb, I went directly to their offices just to find out the photos is insufficient
I feel they needed to be available to assist me so I could rectify any problem. I have a tight budget every month and not receiving the R1000, 00 would be a disaster. Please help
