How will you compensate me for my time???

The flagrant disregard to commitments made to customers at this dealership is shocking!!! I purchased a VolvoSelekt S40 from this dealership on Wednesday last week. It is 1 and half week later and I still don't have my car. Despite an disorganised run around during the first two days I have been patient as the dealership undertook to have two scratches removed from the bumpers of the car. I was suppose to take delivery of the vehicle on Wednesday afternoon 15:30 the latest this week. After a promise to call me back from Chris, I had to find out at 16:00 that the Panel beater wasn't happy with the car and that there is some mark that they still need polishing out?? Some panel beater to not know this before the delivery time of the car??? Then Chris phoned me the next day at 8:40 saying that he is confident that the car will be ready that day and will phone me 30mins later... I am still waiting. So how exactly do you justify your reps not phoning me back and me having to phone them?? secondly what sort of a stripe is this that is still not "polished" away more than another day later??? BS!!! You have wasted enough of my time. I need someone to phone me urgently to cancel this deal.
