I was asked to take several photographs for the school to use for an advertising board. Initially it was only supposed to be one group photo, which changed to several individual photos as well. I went out of my way to accommodate their needs. I was told they need the photos urgently, so I gave the photos to them out of courtesy before receiving payment.
I was told the photos were too dark, not what they wanted and cannot be used. I went back a second day, more prepared and did another photo shoot. I have given them the invoice personally, I have emailed them and I have phoned them, but I have never heard from them again!
The only thing remaining is legal action as they are using every single photo they said they cannot use for all their marketing material and advertising boards!
