I would like complain of the service I received from your Belville branch. Firstly I was informed that though they no courtesy car they have a driver so I though that was fine, I do not work too far, 30 minutes after booking my car the driver still had not arrived resulting in me having to make alternate plans, making me late for work, luckily for me my friend was on her way to work or else I would have been stranded. Secondly I took my car in for a major service, I told the mechanic, that generally when I put on my fan in my car it makes some funny sound, hoping, as a mechanic, they would at least discover what the possible problem would be. As I collect my car after the service the sound starts again. I speak to another mechanic and asked how come this was not check as this was what a specifically asked to be checked, they said they did and there was no sound and the sound may not be the fan and I should have been more specific. Now I am no mechanic, worse I do not know anything about cars, so I basically told what I observed as I was driving. So then he said he would refuse to check it now as it means opening the car again and they would have to be charged for it.
