You buy a maintenance plan however when you ask for new partyou get told no your current part is fine. I'm not stupid. Doesn't mean I'm not a mechanic I don't know about cars. My breaks are not the same. Each time you break it screatches, apart from it being embarasing because it sounds like an old car it makes me feel like my polo is finished. Then I'm told that the sound is common on the polo which is absolute because I never ever heard a polo in traffic where the breaks sound so. I want. This resolved and I want new parts. I paid for the maintenance plan and when I see my invoices for the service I wonder why is it such a problem to give me new parts. So is this just a way for VW to make money? By ripping people off!
